Naltrexone Capsules 50 mg are a compounded preparation of naltrexone hydrochloride in an oral capsule, supplied as a 30-capsule pack against a valid prescription. Naltrexone is a pure opioid receptor antagonist.
Standard naltrexone 50 mg
At 50 mg, naltrexone produces sustained opioid receptor blockade for around 24 hours and is used in the management of opioid and alcohol dependence to support abstinence, as part of a structured treatment programme with clinical monitoring.
How to use
Take the prescribed dose once daily, usually at bedtime, in or with food. For LDN, prescribers commonly start low and up-titrate over weeks. Do not take in opioid-containing medicine unexpectedly. Always follow your prescriber's schedule and review plan.

Warnings
