Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern the sale, supply and delivery of products and clinical services purchased through the BioBlend Compounding Pharmacy website. They apply alongside our Terms of Use, Privacy Notice and Delivery & Returns policies.

1. Introduction

1. BioBlend Compounding Pharmacy ("BioBlend", "we" or "us") is a licensed pharmacy operating in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
2. These Terms of Sale apply to every order you ("you", the "customer") place through this website, including retail products, prescription and pharmacist-only medicines, compounded preparations, supplements, IV therapy bookings and peptide therapy protocols.
3. By placing an order you accept these Terms of Sale in full.

2. Ordering & Order Acceptance

1. An order submitted through the website is an offer to purchase. No contract is formed until BioBlend accepts the order.
2. We reserve the right to accept or decline an order, in whole or in part, at our discretion — before acceptance there is no binding agreement.
3. Orders are subject to product availability, regulatory approval, prescription verification, pharmacist review and patient eligibility for any restricted item.
4. For prescription and controlled items, a valid prescription from a licensed prescriber and successful pharmacist review are conditions of sale.
5. For compounded preparations, IV therapy and peptide therapy protocols, acceptance also requires clinical suitability and, where applicable, mandatory blood work.

3. Pricing & Currency

1. All prices are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
2. We take care to display accurate pricing; in the event of a pricing or listing error we may decline or cancel an order and notify you, refunding any payment in full.
3. Promotional prices, bundles and deposits are governed by the specific terms shown at the point of sale.
4. Prices may change without notice; an order is charged at the price displayed at the time of checkout for accepted orders.

4. Taxes & Duties

1. VAT is applied in accordance with UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations at the prevailing standard rate.
2. Where BioBlend is registered for VAT, tax invoices are available on request.
3. For deliveries outside the scope of local same-day delivery, any customs, duties or local taxes remain the responsibility of the customer where applicable under UAE law.

5. Payment

1. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment must be completed before dispatch unless an approved corporate account or credit arrangement applies.
2. Authorisation of payment does not itself confirm acceptance of the order; acceptance occurs in accordance with clause 2.
3. For services requiring a deposit, booking is confirmed once the deposit is received; the balance is payable in accordance with the service terms.
4. If a payment is declined, reversed or suspected fraudulent, we may suspend or cancel the affected order.

6. Availability of Products & Services

1. Product availability is indicative and updated regularly; certain medicines, compounds and cold-chain stock may be limited by supply or regulation.
2. If an ordered item is unavailable, we will notify you and offer an alternative where clinically and legally appropriate, or refund the unavailable item.
3. Services (IV therapy, consultations, peptide protocols) are subject to booking availability and clinical eligibility approval.

7. Delivery & Fulfillment

1. Delivery is governed by our Delivery & Returns policy and by the fulfillment mode assigned to each product (standard delivery, cold-chain, pickup, prescription-pending, service booking).
2. Cold-chain items are shipped under temperature control where verified; delivery zones, fees and estimated times are shown at checkout or on the relevant service page.
3. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; delays outside our reasonable control (courier, weather, regulatory hold) do not constitute a breach of these Terms.
4. Risk in goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the confirmed address, or upon pickup by the customer or nominated recipient.
5. For signature-on-delivery items, confirmation of receipt by the named recipient constitutes delivery.

8. Prescription, Regulated & Controlled Items

1. Prescription-only, pharmacist-only, semi-controlled and controlled medicines are supplied only against a valid prescription and following pharmacist review.
2. We may request identification, age verification, clinical information or pharmacist consultation before dispensing such items.
3. Quantities may be limited by law, pack size, safety or repeat-refill rules; we may refuse supply where eligibility is not met.
4. Research-grade peptides are never sold or supplied under any circumstance; only pharmaceutical-grade, sterile, batch-tested products are used where legally available.

9. Compounded Preparations

1. Compounded preparations are personalised medicines prepared to an individual prescription in a licensed pharmacy, following documented formulas and quality checks.
2. Because compounds are made to order, they are non-returnable except where defective or where legally required.
3. Compounding timelines depend on formula, ingredients and quality verification; we will communicate an estimated readiness date.
4. Clinical outcomes may vary between patients; BioBlend is responsible for the quality of compounding, not the clinical decision to prescribe.

10. IV Therapy & Peptide Therapy Bookings

1. Bookings for IV therapy and peptide therapy protocols require prescreening, consent and, where applicable, clinical eligibility approval and blood work.
2. A booking is confirmed once payment of any required deposit is received and eligibility is approved; unapproved bookings will be refunded.
3. Cancellations and rescheduling are governed by the service-specific terms shown at booking.
4. We reserve the right to decline or pause a service on clinical, regulatory or safety grounds at any time.

11. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

1. Returns and refunds are governed by our Delivery & Returns policy and applicable UAE consumer protection law.
2. For reasons of health, safety and regulation, prescription medicines, compounded preparations, cold-chain items and certain opened products may be non-returnable.
3. Where a return is accepted because of an error by BioBlend or a defective product, we will arrange replacement or refund.
4. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take the clearing time of your payment provider.

12. Cancellation

1. You may cancel an order before it has entered preparation or dispatch; thereafter cancellation may not be possible for regulated or compounded items.
2. BioBlend may cancel an order on regulatory, safety, availability or payment grounds, refunding any payment made.
3. Service bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled subject to the deposit and timing terms shown at booking.

13. Title & Risk

Title in goods passes to the customer upon full payment and delivery or pickup, whichever occurs later, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Until then BioBlend retains title in unsold goods.

14. Warranties & Product Information

1. Products are supplied in accordance with manufacturer specifications and UAE regulatory requirements.
2. Information on this website (ingredients, directions, warnings) is provided for guidance and does not replace professional medical or pharmacist advice.
3. Where a product is found to be defective, the customer's remedies are those available under UAE consumer protection law and these Terms.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, BioBlend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of health outcome, arising from the sale, supply or use of a product or service, except where liability cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UAE law.

16. Complaints

1. If you have a complaint about a product or order, please contact us promptly with your order details.
2. We will acknowledge complaints and work to resolve them in accordance with our internal pharmacy quality and complaints procedures.
3. Nothing in this clause affects your right to seek remedies under UAE consumer protection law.

17. Changes to Terms of Sale

We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. The version date at the bottom of this page indicates the latest revision; orders placed after a change are governed by the version then in effect.

18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved by amicable negotiation; if unresolved within thirty (30) days, they shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
