Overview

Naltrexone Sublingual Drops 0.1–0.50 mg / 30ml are a compounded low-dose naltrexone (LDN) preparation supplied in a 30 ml dropper bottle, prepared against a valid prescription. Sublingual delivery allows fine dose control — ideal for very low microgram-level LDN titration — and absorption directly through the oral mucosa.

Why sublingual drops?

For doses below ~1 mg, capsules become hard to dose accurately. Sublingual drops allow precise microgram-level titration and faster, mucosal absorption, often preferred when a prescriber wants gentle, individualised increases.

What is Low-Dose Naltrexone (LDN)?

LDN briefly blocks opioid receptors for a few hours → rebound endorphin upregulation + modulation of microglial / TLR4 signalling → reduced neuro-inflammation and central sensitisation, supporting more balanced pain perception and immune tone.

Where LDN drops are chosen

  • Chronic pain & inflammation — fibromyalgia, CRPS, chronic musculoskeletal pain
  • Autoimmune / immune-mediated conditions — Hashimoto's, RA, Crohn's, UC, psoriasis, MS (adjunct)
  • Precision micro-dosing & gentle titration
  • Patients who cannot swallow capsules

How to use

Place the prescribed number of drops under the tongue and hold briefly before swallowing, usually at bedtime. Do not rinse the mouth immediately. Follow your prescriber's titration schedule.
