Where consent is required, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
6. How We Share Information
We only share information with:
- Pharmacy and clinical staff — to review, compound and dispense your prescriptions.

Where we share sensitive health data, we apply the minimum necessary principle and require recipients to protect it to an equivalent standard.

- We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Notice and to meet legal, regulatory and pharmacy record-keeping requirements.
- Prescription, dispensing and compounding records are retained for the period required by UAE pharmacy regulations.
- When data is no longer needed, we anonymise or securely delete it, unless retention is required by law.
