These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the BioBlend Compounding Pharmacy website, patient portal and any related digital services operated from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using this website you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or using this website (the "Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Notice, Health Data Notice, Terms of Sale and Delivery & Returns. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.

2. Definitions

• "BioBlend", "we", "us" or "our" means BioBlend Compounding Pharmacy, a licensed pharmacy operating in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
• "Site" means this website, the patient portal, prescriber portal and all related digital channels operated by BioBlend.
• "User" or "you" means any individual who accesses or uses the Site.
• "Pharmaceutical-grade peptide therapy" means prescription peptide protocols available only after physician review and mandatory blood work under UAE regulations.
• "Compounded preparation" means a medicine personalised to an individual prescription and prepared in a licensed pharmacy.

3. Eligibility & Account

1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to use any account-based feature.
2. When you register an account you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep your credentials confidential.
3. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
4. We may refuse, suspend or terminate any account at our discretion where we reasonably suspect misuse, regulatory breach or a risk to patient safety.

4. Use License & Permitted Access

The Site is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with applicable UAE law. You may browse content, submit prescriptions or requests and communicate with our pharmacy team. You may not modify, redistribute, sell, scrape, reproduce or exploit any part of the Site or its content without prior written consent.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent prescription, order or registration information.
• Attempt to obtain a regulated medicine without a valid prescription where one is required.
• Use the Site to procure products for resale or unauthorised distribution.
• Interfere with the security of the Site, introduce malware or attempt unauthorised access.
• Misrepresent yourself as another user, practitioner or BioBlend staff member.
• Use the Site for any unlawful, deceptive or harmful purpose under UAE law.

6. Medical Information & Prescription Handling

1. The Site provides general health information for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
2. Prescription-only, pharmacist-only and controlled items require a valid prescription from a licensed prescriber and pharmacist review before dispensing.
3. Peptide and IV therapy protocols require physician consultation and mandatory blood work before any product is dispensed or shipped.
4. We may decline to dispense or fulfil any request where eligibility, clinical suitability or regulatory requirements are not satisfied.
5. Always seek the advice of a qualified health professional with any questions about a medical condition. In an emergency, call 999.

7. Orders, Pricing & Payment

1. Orders are subject to product availability, regulatory approval, prescription verification and patient eligibility.
2. Prices are displayed in AED and include VAT where applicable; we reserve the right to correct errors and to change pricing without notice.
3. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order before it is dispensed or dispatched, with any payment refunded in accordance with our Terms of Sale.
4. Certain items (cold-chain, controlled, compounded) carry specific fulfillment and return restrictions described in our Delivery & Returns policy.

8. Compounding & Personalised Preparations

Compounded preparations are made to order against an individual prescription and may differ from mass-produced products in appearance, formulation or stability. Compounding is performed in a licensed pharmacy environment following documented formulas and quality checks. Outcomes can vary between patients and no specific result is guaranteed. Your prescriber remains responsible for the clinical decision to prescribe a compounded preparation.

9. Health Data & Privacy

Your use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Notice and Health Data Notice. Health and prescription information is treated as private data, subject to row-level security and handled on a minimum-necessary basis. By submitting health information you consent to its processing for pharmacy review, compounding, dispensing and regulatory compliance.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including the BioBlend name, logo, text, imagery, design, layouts and software — is owned by or licensed to BioBlend and is protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws. The BioBlend logo must not be redrawn, recoloured, stretched or reinterpreted. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

11. User Content

Any prescription document, message or information you submit is your responsibility. You grant BioBlend a non-exclusive licence to use, store and process that content for the purposes of providing and improving our pharmacy services. You must not submit content that is unlawful, infringes third-party rights or contains confidential information you do not have rights to share.

12. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, BioBlend disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Professional medical advice should always be obtained from your treating physician.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BioBlend, its directors, employees, pharmacists, partners and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or health outcomes, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any product or service obtained through it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BioBlend and its affiliates from any claim, loss, damage or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, your violation of applicable law or any misinformation you submit.

15. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by BioBlend. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy practices or accuracy of any third-party site. Accessing any third-party link is at your own risk.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved by amicable negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect legal, regulatory or operational changes. The "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
