Longevity science: what genuinely moves the needle
Longevity

Longevity research has moved from speculation to structured investigation. The strongest, most reproduced associations between lifestyle and longer health-span remain to be physical activity, not smoking, quality sleep, and social connection. WHO's physical activity guidelines quantify dose-targets most adults miss.

By comparison, much of the supplement and ' longevity molecule' space has outpaced the evidence. NAD+ boosters and senolytic compounds remain under active, early-stage investigation; where outcomes exist they are mostly pre-clinical or surrogate markers. Regulators including the UAE MoHAP, FDA and EMA have not authorised most of these molecules as medicines.

Our position is to keep the fundamentals central and treat emerging candidates precisely: not as self-service wellness but as clinical research and prescription-only pathways where evidence matures.
